I’ve had an iPhone for just over a month, and the autocorrect DOES do this. It’s really funny sometimes, but also embarrassing.
I have a Droid, and it also does the autocorrects, but after reading all these I always proof read before i send lol LOVE THIS SITE, anyone having a BAD DAY, I send them a link…. We sit for HOURS reading and Laughing…… Sometimes It takes me a few min just to read ONE, cuz i am ROFLMAO Keep up the GREAT Work lol gotta Love Technology and I bet Steve Jobs is sitting in heaven Laughing and telling them all how he did this intentionally lol

I checked out each of these words and they’re not even in auto-correct’s functionality. If it makes you laugh, that’s great, but an iphone wouldn’t go to German and change a word to fuhrer. Or bag to vag, which isn’t a word. Think about it!

Actually, I don’t think you understand Autocorrect. Autocorrect doesn’t give a monkey’s left nut what is and isn’t a real word. If you type out a word, real or not, it goes into the database and autocorrect starts dropping it out in conversation. Such as one autocorrect mistake that changed a simple word into “COMPLIMENTARYKITTENBASKET” or something very similar… Clearly they’d typed that already and Autocorrect had filed it away.
You really had time to do that? #CheckouthewayautocorrectworksfirstbeforeUhitsend! Lol

My daughter tried to update her status on FB, Saying, Mom is cooking Beeftips and Gravy yummy, and it come out Negros and gravy yummy…. And she has a Droid, Dude it happens lol and for the record she had gotten the phone the day before and has Never typed the word Negro, but Beef Tips is 2 words so the phone corrected to Negro. it happens to alot of people that text Quickly and abbreviate alot. Don’t hate, just Laugh at the mistakes
